Medical students face challenges while completing exam registration forms

Many medical students in the state, both studying MBBS and postgraduate courses, are having difficulty filling out their exam forms. The MP Medical Science University (MPMSU) had planned to conduct postgraduate exams starting on June 6 and MBBS second-year exams from June 7. However, technical problems with the software led to various issues for students, such as delays in form submission and website crashes, resulting in a loss of time. This has made the students anxious.

The people in charge of the medical college and MPMSU officials said something different. A senior official from MGM, speaking anonymously to TOI, mentioned, “Some students had problems, but the medical college officials helped them during the form-filling process so they could take the exams.”

When we asked Sachin Kuchya, the MPMSU examination controller, he said, “To conduct exams smoothly, there should be good coordination between colleges and universities, and there shouldn’t be any problems on the website.” He also mentioned, “Sometimes, problems in filling out exam forms and technical issues happen due to a lack of coordination from colleges, but we have resolved those problems.”
